About
Pi Kappa Alpha
Pi Kappa Alpha was founded on March 1, 1868, at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Since then, it has grown to become one of the premier fraternities in North America.
Our fraternity is built on the values of scholarship, leadership, service, and brotherhood. These core principles guide every chapter and every brother as we strive for excellence in all endeavors.
With over 225 chapters and colonies across the United States and Canada, Pi Kappa Alpha continues to develop men of integrity, intellect, and high moral character.
Alpha Mu History
The Alpha Mu chapter has been a pillar of excellence at the University of Georgia for generations.
Since our founding, we have maintained a commitment to academic achievement, campus leadership, and community service. Our brothers have consistently demonstrated the highest standards of character and achievement.
Throughout our history, Alpha Mu has produced leaders in business, law, medicine, education, and public service. Our alumni network spans the globe, united by the bonds of brotherhood forged during their time at UGA.
Today, we continue to build on this proud legacy, developing the next generation of leaders who will carry forward the values and traditions of Pi Kappa Alpha.
Our House
21 Bedrooms, 13 Bathrooms, 3 Stories, Less Than 20 Years Old
Although we are one of the oldest chapters at the University of Georgia, we have one of the newest houses in all of Greek Life. We moved into a brand-new multi-million dollar house in 2009 in Greek Park Circle, about a 5 minute walk from Sanford Stadium and a 15 minute walk from the heart of campus. Our house is cleaned daily by an external cleaning company to ensure that our house stays in top shape all year long.
